My background spans surveying, construction and project management, with a strong focus on commercially driven project delivery. I specialise in stepping into challenging or high-risk situations where clarity, structure and decisive leadership are required to regain control of cost, programme and execution.

I’ve worked on projects where alignment between stakeholders, contractors and design teams is critical, often requiring fast assessment of risk, practical decision-making, and structured recovery strategies to prevent escalation of cost or delay.
